<p>When the Thorg VSCode extension starts, it will start this server on <a href="/notes/7ml5vti6lmwp7uduze2k51f">serverPort</a> if there isn't already a Thorg Server running for the <a href="/notes/37fx82rdmgup4t2m3bdz145">workspace</a>.</p>
